- Where are these things made?
All my bags are created in my home studio in Hamilton, Canada. I design, print and sew each bag myself with my own two hands :-) I source the leather for my bags from a local distributor who imports the leather from Italy. All my jewelry pieces are created from my original models and then cast by a company here in Canada. I then finish each piece with handmade details back in my studio.
- I made an order! Now what?
All orders will be shipped within 5 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted in the item listing (made to order items take 2-3 weeks to ship). Your order will be shipped to your paypal address unless you notify us otherwise at the time of purchase.
- Is my item insured during shipping? Can I track it?
Our regular shipping option does not include a tracking number or insurance coverage but they are available for an additional cost. If you are interested in these options, please let us know before purchase and we can change the shipping cost.
- Where is my item coming from?
All items are made in and shipped from Hamilton, Canada. All items in the shop are priced in USD.
- How long will it take for my package to arrive?
All items are sent through Canada Post. Average shipping times vary depending on where you order from:
- approx. 7 business days within Canada
- approx. 12 business days (excluding weekends) for US orders
- approx. 4 weeks for Europe and Australia
- approx. 6 weeks for Asia
If you are ordering from another country, please remember that items will take longer to reach you the further away you are from Canada. Sometimes packages are delayed through customs which is beyond our control so patience is appreciated. If you need something quickly, email firstname.lastname@example.org before you purchase.
- My item is being sent as a gift. Can you leave the price off the package?
If you are buying from outside of Canada, we have to write the cost of the item you have purchased on your package to comply with customs laws. We are not responsible for any fees you might incur from your country's customs office. We are happy to write a gift note for you- just let us know!
- Do you offer exchanges?
All sales are final- we do not give refunds or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item please contact us.
